There are five steps to renew an item.
Step One: Select the Borrower Services tab at the top of the page
Step Two: Scan E-card in the box in the upper right. (If there is difficulty scanning the card, type ID in manually)
Step Three: The patron's page will come up and the Check Out box on the left hand side should be highlighted in orange
Step Four: Select the boxes of the item(s) to be renewed under the Check Out Items list.
A. Place a check mark in a box that corresponds to the individual item to be renewed.
B. If a patron wants to renew all materials, place a check mark to the box at the top.
Step Five: When all items that you wish to renew are selected, scroll down and click Renew Selected
