Warner Library subscribes to Faculty Select for faculty to assist them in locating OER materials. Faculty Select is not found in the A-Z database list. You can use the above link to start searching!

Video Resources

Video is an important teaching tool, but it comes with copyright and access challenges. When using videos in the classroom, be sure you are adhering to copyright regulations. These resources will make accessing quality videos less challenging.

Warner Memorial Library contains a rich collection of non-print, audio-visual materials.

  • DVDs (feature films, documentaries, and lectures)
  • Music CDs
  • Recordings of EU Windows on the World, Chapel, Conversations that Matter, Convocation, and additional special campus events (Archives)

You can discover these items using our online catalog, or in-person on the upper level (Room 300) of the library. Please ask a librarian for information on archived materials.

How to Search For Videos

  • Verify video information at IMDB. Take note of title, director, year, and actors.
  • Look for videos using these steps:
  1. Check the library catalog.
  2. If the film is not in catalog, check each of the streaming video suggestions below..
  3. Check the links in the Free Film Websites in the box on this page.
  • To request a video or DVD, contact Chelsea Post, Systems Librarian

Streaming Video Collections

If you are a Pennsylvania resident, you can obtain a digital library card that gives you access to the Free Library of Philadelphia's resources. You can use their video streaming databases, including Hoopla and Kanopy

Many of these platforms offer free trials. Please click the links for more information on the duration of the free trials.
